does anyone know of a vendor that sella .9 mm lead pencil kits? i go through a lot of .7mm by breaking it with my heavy handed writing. thanks in advance, ron :biggrin:

I have shaky hands, and cannot possibly write with a 5 or 7, so I opted for the Power Pencil from PSI. It uses a 2mm lead, as big as a normal pencil, and it's my shop pencil. Love it. Didn't know about the Sierra pencil. .9. I may have to try that one, too.

I do interior trim for a living and would loveeee to find a 9mm pencil kit so I could make and use a bad a$$ pencil at work as that is all I use.

Like I said, Pentel.
The Pentel Sharp comes in .5, .7, and .9. A couple of guys here on this board sell the drill bit and mandrel to make a new barrel for the Pentel.

Like he said...Pentel. I made 4 over the weekend. The mandrels and bits sold by members here make the conversion effortless.
