7mm Closed End Mandrel

I have one of CSUSA's desk pen mandrels, which is basically just a little rod - is there anything out there for slimline kits like there is for the baron closed cap/end mandrels? Or any clever ideas on how to make something that would serve the purpose with a normal slimline kit?
