6 month old cigar pen

i started this pen in January then medical problems. I have it 98 % finished. I did many things wrong that will be changed then a new pen to made. the wood broke twice can you find the breaks...

I feel good about the first attempt.

What i need to do to finish the perm is cut the buckeye down and put the ash trim to it. [research]

take some 0000steel wool and take the shine off.
