3/8 tube id

does anybody know if a 3/8 tube from smitty and a 3/8 tube from psi have the same id I got some tbc bushings and they wont fit the smitty tubes I don't have a psi to try them in thanks

Would think they would be the same . Are you sure the tube end wasn`t burred by the end mill , or have glue in it ?

The nominal size used is commonly that of the drill used to make the hole ie the 7mm tube fits into a hole drilled with a 7mm bit and has an internal size of 0.248 inches.

Get the calipers out and measure the TBC bushings carefully and compare to the tube tables for the pens of interest -- We have awesome information on the tubes and bushings in the Library (many grateful thanks to Wayne)!!!!

The 3/8" tubes have many different ID's depending on which pen components they fit.
