I've never seen it other than already cut to length. Just a thought, but if you were trying something new and needed a longer one, you could always try splicing 2 together. The cigar tubes just fit inside the sierras and might make for a strong joint between the two as long as it didn't interfear with the transmission or inside workings.

Cut a tube in half and insert a half tube in each end. Nothing happens in the middle that needs a tube is there?
