I've got an order for a slimline pencil, but the buyer would prefer if it could be a single, solid barrel. I know CSUSA has the single barrel click pen, but he wants a pencil, and wants it slim...

Is something like that available anywhere?

And... are VIOLIN clips available anywhere?

Thanks a bunch! :)

Check out the IAP libaray for a one piece slimline pen. I am sure you can adapt it to a pencil. Haven't seen violin clips, but music note clips are available.

Do a pentel conversion pencil. It is one piece and the mech will last more than a week, which is more than I can say for the slim pencil.

I make single barrel pencils by cutting the blank to length then gluing the tubes into each end. This way you can still put the pencil on a mandrel for turning. My daily carry is a one piece pencil made this way from black walnut. It was the the first set I made. The center grove on the pencil is cosmetic to match the pen.
