James, it might. It. Depends on how much run out you have on your drill. It's about 70 thou too small. Now, I use a "z" all the time and it is great.

I use a 27/64" myself. With acrylics it allows room for painting the tube and reverse painting the blank. I haven't had any problems with it being too big with wood blanks either.

For the zen which is also a 10.5mm tube I use a 13/32 bit. You can always give this bit a try and if it too small you can drill with the next size up.
