zebra blank

hey all, thanks to ED, i got this done for my daughter's birthday. she's a zebra nut!!!!
it's done in a black chrome cigar

again.....thanks a lot ED....you rule!!!!!!!!

I have a question as I have this blank but have not turned it yet...
DId you cut it on a bias, or did you split the blank in two to ge the banding?

Looks different than others I have seen...read better than some others I have seen...

i took the advice from Ed Brown, who sold me the blank. i split it down the middle........and messed up the first one....then turned this one. and to be honest, i stopped turning it well short of the bushings and sanded to the bushings.....didn't want to screw the last on up

Customers (and daughters) see the finished PEN, NOT HOW you made it!!! Do what works for YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
