Zebra

Hi, i liked the Zebra pen posted the other day, so i thought i would make one. This is a 45* cut, Gentleman Rhodium, I had issues making it but it came out OK, i guess. The other one in the pic is a Eugene creation, that i did awhile ago, not sure if i posted it. This is the third high end pen, to me anyway, that i made so far.

Looks high end from here!! I like the way you oriented the blanks to have the grain feeding in to the middle of the pen. It really makes for a nice effect.

Beautiful pens. I just started doing cross cut work. Harder than it looks. The kit choice is perfect for that pen.

Cross grain is a tough task and it appears you handled it very well.

That looks great Carl. I think everyone has "issues" with a crosscut zebra but if you can pull it off they look tasty....literally.
