For my first message on this fantastic forum I am submitting to your judgement a new acrylic.
I know that probably your better like to turn wood than plastic, and to be honest so do I, but, strangely enough, on some craft fairs, quite a few customers do like synthetic pen.
So far I only found some quite bright and flashy blanks but, more “mature†persons (that’ is to say old or older than I am, even if I’m not yet Mathusalem) would like to have some more “classic†pens.
So I would very appreciate your views on the two acrylic tipes below.
So far they were made at the lab stage and I’m wondering if it is worth producing some more.
Many thanks in advance.

For the finish I only use very thin abrasive powder mixed with wax which serves as a lubricant. When polished I take the traces of way away with kitchen paper. When using the pen if there is some wax left on the pen, finger prints will stain the pen.

Very nice pens, Claude. I think both blanks are very attractive. Although personally, I much prefer the pin stripe, I could see a market for the Caramel as well.
