This is a true Habana cigar pen, made from Tobacco Inlace from CSU.
I like this material as it has an antique look to the resin and you have several finishing options. All I did on this one was wet sand to 400 and that is it. A sure sell to a cigar smoker :D

That's amazing! I guess there isn't anything they can't use for pen material. It looks great, Anthony.

Anthony, the pen is very nice, but I have questions about the cigar.

The band says: "Bolivar" and "Habana"

La Habana is the capital of Cuba. The Antilles.

Simon Bolivar had nothing to do with Cuba.

Simon Bolivar (1783-1830) born in Venezuela.

" Simon Bolivar was one of South America's greatest generals. His victories over the Spaniards won independence for Bolivia, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. He is called El Liberator (The Liberator) and the "George Washington of South America."

Associating Bolivar with Habana does not make sense. Was the tobacco grown in Venezuela from Habana seed?
