York Gum Burl Cigar

York Gum Burl finished on a cigar. Skew'd down just shy of bushings. 400-600 sand. Applied 3 coats of thin CA to get it started. Then 4 coats of medium and finished with 3 more coats of thin, just to fill any small ridges before polishing. Sanded 400-600, wet MM to 12k, Hut and Ren.

Its just another Burl but I love the natural character of woods.

Doc, I don't think that's a problem! .looks as though you're handling the CA pretty well yourself.

Don't take offense....the finish looks fantastic, but the fit looks a little off. Regardless, it is a great looking pen.
