This one was again almost too small to work into a custom Trimline. Wanted to turn it really badly, and I wanted to see what the centerband would do. CB has a bunch of white spots where cutting it off did some separation, and I think next time I can flood it with thin CA and fix it. Had to also flood a chipout with thin CA and try to re-polish from installing the nib. It went sideways, and a muffled SNAP told me I screwed a beautiful piece up. I've made far, far worse pens, and I'm not too mad at this one. I may use Allspice Corian to make a new centerband, though.

I just HAD to try to fix it. I failed. 3 different times. Apparently the carbon-fiber looking stuff HATES being cut down to centerband size and hit with the pen mill. I instead went for the Corian, which I like about as much, but the pen does look a bit less menacing.
