I've had so much side work recently I haven't had a chance to turn any. Finally got out to lathe yesterday and here are the results. I'm wokin on taking better pictures. Hopefully these are clearer than my past photos. Comments and criticisms welcome. All pens are finished with CA.

1. Streamline - Padauk and holly with some black plastic I had laying around the shop.
2. Long Click - Amboyna Burl and Canary
3. Slimline - Mesquite with a walnut centerband
4. Slimline - American Elm
5. Slimline - Black and whit Ebony

Thanks for the kind words folks.

I too really love the mesquite/walnut. Mesquite has become one of my favorite woods for pens. it always seems to have good motion to the grain.

Me too. Mesquite is a good wood. And there are loads of varieties ranging from a light honey/gold to a rugged deep brown. Turns easily too.
