X-cut Bocote Cigar

Just finished this cross cut bocote cigar pen. I had two places that tore out down to barrel. I tried filling it in with wood shavings and CA. So I almost didn't complete the pen, but I thought grain looked to nice to throw it away.

Steve, Sorry about the blow out, crosscuts are prone to do that, I know all too well. []
Looks like you did a decent job of repair though. Probably looks better in person. That wood looks like awesome cocobolo to me. Finish looks fine too!

Hey, everyone, thanks for the nice comments. Roger, the blowout was at the nib end, it looks a little bit white where I filled it with CA and shavings.
