Everyone should have one. That one is very nice. Maybe too nice for a shop pen.
What wood did you use? Looks like buckeye, but that's just a guess.

Yes, I used burl buckeye. This is easily the nicest one I've made yet. I now know why everyone kept saying that this is very addicting!
