Added the following images. Have been making some pens for family members to get my practice in and this week I have been trying to focus on taking decent pictures of them. I am sure I still have much work to be done on both the turning and the photographing.

Go back and take pictures of a single pen under multiple light sources and post them together to see which environment best suits your needs ... most of these photos don't have enough light to show the true colors in the blanks.

The background itself isn't a problem, of course. :)

Don't forget to take it outside on a sunny day ... you may be dazzled by the difference natural light gives to your subject matter! :)
