Some years ago Ed Brown and I exchanged Pens in a direct swap PITH and this is my tribute to Wooley Mammoths Brown Mallee and Eds Beaut pen that pen made for me. Also in my mind was Rick P in Alaska the old hunting grounds of the Mammoth.

I trust in the spirit of Steampunk the Arnold Palmer No 2 wood club head and T Bear skin wrap stylises enough to convey my thoughts.

Brown Mallee burl slice reminded me of Tundra.

Each swap is a precious memory so I rang Ed and sought his permission to display his precious gift to me again somehow those thousands of years extinction make this pen a reminder to me of what was,is now.

Kind regards Peter.

that is an odd looking thing to me. Of course I admire the thought behind it. It looks like a fun little project and gives me all kind of ideas.

Thanks for showing

Peter, you have outdone yourself on this one by far. Having several of Peters creations, the photos do not tell the entire story of his beautiful work, Peter is a fine innovative craftsman, always thinking of new creations that he can fabricate. A true craftsman that I am honored to call him my Mate.
Thanks for posting for all to see.
Ed, Thanks for contributing such a fine pen to add to Peters display.
Cheers
Don
