This is "Wild Horse Jasper", one of several new Tru-Stone colors now being stocked by Indy~Pen~Dance. It is mounted on a Rhodium Jr. Gent II. I don't know if I bought it because I liked the name or the stone. Now that I have turned one, I like it all. Though not so noticeable in the photos, being done in a softbox, it did produce a very high shine. MM 12,000 then polished with Novus 3 and 2.
As always comments, suggestions, and constructive criticism is welcome.

You were right Dad - it's stunning. You did a great job on the cabochon too.

As for suggestions, my personal opinion is that I would like to see that with Black Ti center bands (IE Rhodium / Black Ti Jr.) instead of the gold.

Wish I had seen that one in person .. next time!!

Nope, sorry guys but I absolutely meant the Rh/Blk Ti. Jr. STATESMAN.

I held the blank up to both sets of components and the Jr. Gent is a little too much Blk Ti (for me) while the Statesman has just enough to pull it together.
