Who wanted the CA flag pen?

A few days ago I posted a Texas flag pen and I had requests for a CA pen.
Well I had some extra time today with my engraver and hear you go.
Made with Manzanita from my parents land in CA and the bear is heart wood from DI.

Yes there is a star in front of the bear. Is that what you are asking?

How was the manzanita to turn? I have two large burls that we're going to try and get some pen blanks from before turning them into something else...
