Managed to squeeze out another quick pen today. :biggrin:
I made this blank a little while ago and thought I'd give it a try on a new gold version of a cheapy rollerball. I use the chrome version quite a lot.
The gold's ok, but not sure it fits in with this blank.

Hope you like it anyway ( my daughter is home from uni and has claimed it ) :biggrin:

Great looking blank, as usual. I'm not so sure the long metal cap works with the shape you've turned, but that might might just be the gold finish. The great thing about turning that one closed end is you can just pull the cap off, unscrew the nib, and change it all to chrome. Would love to see that.

Yes Yussef, an easy swap. And it does look better in chrome!!

The gold parts have gone back in the man-drawer for future use....:biggrin:

NICE ... i like it a lot in the chrome but then i don't like gold platings

very interesting blank, i am pretty sure i have worked out how it was made, opens the gate to a lot of ideas
