Painted both tubes and blanks with nail varnish.

Nice work Andrew!!

That material is great for wedding pens. In the USA, Ken Nelson engraves them, with gold "fill" - the finished product is really nice.

You probably want an engraver in Europe, but you guys may already know of one.

Speaking of wedding pens, are you ignoring my email?!? [:p]
My eldest little girl is getting married in June [^] and I'm going to need to
make her and her fiance Burke some pens.

Derek, it wasn't his wifes[}:)]

Looks very sharp Andrew. Did the nail varnish get softened like paint often does when hit with the CA ( I assume thats what you used )?
And did you have to drill a bigger hole to make up for the nail varnish? The pics are damn good too BTW

Many thanks for the comments folks.[:)]
Steven, how did you know it wasn't my wifes nail varnish.[:p][;)] It did soften slightly with the CA but not much, i normally use epoxy but i haven't got any at the moment. The holes are very slightly bigger also.
