VERY nice Kruger but may I make a suggestion? Get yourself a new saw blade. The one you're using is an ATB, alternate top bevel, and it's leaving those little "V" shapes at the bottom of the kerf because the teeth are alternately angled at about 20 degrees. Get either a FTG, flat top grind, which has teeth more like chisels that are flat or an ATB+R, alternate top bevel plus raker. This has the same alternating teeth as yours but in between each angled tooth is a flat tooth, the raker, that cleans up the bottom of the kerf. HOWEVER, if you LIKE that look, forget that you read this!:wink::biggrin:

I could be wrong but he said El Mostro made the blank. And I think it might be made that way intentionally. No matter what it looks pretty cool. Reminds me of a piano.
