Made this just because...

It actually looks real good in person. Think I'll go ahead and make a pen out of it. Very quick and surprisingly easy to turn. The neck is a little longer than the real thing but that's how long the brass tube is inside. Other than that it is pretty much true to size.

That's how I do my more expensive casing pens. They get assembled back-to-back.
They sell pretty well; I just got a re-order from a customer for more of those.

I tell you... it is just so much fun learning how to do different things with turnings. Wish I'd have started when I was a whole lot younger.
