When Two Beans Collide!!!

Went to the the bulk food store the other day to get some inspiration for my next cast. Came across these two beans. The green one is a Mung Bean, the red is Adzuki. Never heard of them before but they had nice colour and looked to be a good size. Mixed the two together, cast a slab and this is what I got.
The first is an Elegant Beauty and the second is a Cigar.

They are great Jeff. Do you need to dry the beans? or just toss them in and cast them? The colors are great! Nicely Done. Never heard of those beans either...

The beans are dried already. Just plopped them in some resin!
I tried the same thing with some pepper flakes but I can't get the resin to harden. Think it may have something to do with the oils in the pepper.

There are lots of color choices in dried foods... Just bulk beans.. Great idea...
