One piece of mammoth tusk over 10 years was souvenir in the home of my friend.
I have exchanged it for wood and it was a souvenir in my home just few days.

Slimline silver, Wenge and tusk. Fixed centerband with wire burn.

Very interesting net pattern opens after polishing.

After one week small cracks appeared along wire burning.
It seems, wire burning - not best mammoth embellishment.

Anyway, it add some charm.

Don't know that I would blame your wire work.

It's a natural substance, cracking is to be expected, I think.

Yes, it adds "character"!!

Great job on the pen and centerband, Alex!!
