First is a figured myrtle cigar in black chrome. Easy to turn, had a little bark inclusion too.

Next is a black locust credit card pen. Cigar is there for scale.

Nice job Kevin! Did you do the bats as closed-end pens at the top?

EDIT: Sorry, completely forgot to mention that, while I like the bats (and will be sure to "borrow" your design on some ash blanks I have on order), I REALLY like that cigar. Very well done!

Jim these aren't closed on the top. I was going to try that but I got a little ahead of myself on the drilling operation. I was going through my blanks and found a bunch of ash. I could have been making these out of ash the whole time. Oh well next time.
Strange how different these three look and they are all hickory and have the same finish on them.
