Weekend turnings

Hi all. Had a productive weekend and finally got some turnings done. Have a craft show coming up in a few weeks and need to get some inventory built up.


Copper Cigar made from Wenge.

Atlas pen made from Tiger Mytle segmented.

Slimline pen without centerband. Made from Lacewood with corian center.

Bullet pen with deer Antler.

Handmade Green acrylic with black ribbon blank.

So I gotta say, I cannot take credit for any of these. My talented wife turned them all while I was rearranging the shop. She even poured the acrylic blank. Great job honey.

Very nice, and a cool custom blank too. My only complaint is that some of your pictures are really small. the 1st w are fine but the rest are the same size as the thumbnails.

She used a pre-made laminate with black gold and pink.

What did you use for the 'segments' in that Atlas pen?
