I finally was able to spend a bit of time in the shop this weekend, and here are a few of the results:

Masur Birch on Black Ti cigar:

The blank didn't start out looking anything like this :wink:, so there was a nice surprise inside.

Home brew red pearl on Sierra

I'm not sure if the picture shows it, but this actually has more swirl/figure than I expected.

Metallic red acrylic on a Jr Gent 1:

I thought I was working on a Baron (didn't even know I *had* any Jr Gent 1 kits).

Finally, acrylester with pick guard:

Believe it our not, the pick guard was intended from the start, not an "oops" band.

They're all beauts, but the acrylester really lends itself to the :biggrin::biggrin:"planned addition" (Oh, sure, I believe you!!):biggrin::biggrin:
