Tried a inlay fish kit from Rockler. It came out great but it was a fun project. I dry fitted the blank. Glued the fish, dry fitted the tube, went to glue the tube and presto... the tube stuck. I ended up using a spare tube and cutting and sanding the ends flush. The finish is 3 coats thin CA one thick and wet sanded to 1500 MM. I wanted more of a satin finish.
