Harry - it is made with HVAC Aluminum Tape that i have embossed with a technique that i use (don't ask.. trade secret:biggrin

as to the grey cells, i think they rattle around in my noggin there's a lot of empty space up there

when i create these Blanks i sit down at my desk with a bunch of bits and just start cutting and bend and punching, i never know what its going to look like until the finished blank appears:biggrin:
