This was a Christmas gift for my Dad; he has long been retired from the Corp. He worked his way up from enlisted to a commissioned officer; commonly called a Mustang. I bought the blank from Exotic Blanks; Jeff Powell scroll sawed the emblem and encased the hand-cut eagle, globe, and anchor in alumilite resin. The blank turned really easy and polished to a deep high gloss.
