Using up that Scrap Acrylic

I was honored this week with the featured photo and it inspired me to cut up and glue some more Acrylic.

Nothing fancy, a simple black Slimline but I really like this one.

I use Thick CA to Assemble all my blanks, wood , aluminium and acrylic.

I've heard that CA can sometimes get brittle and loose its holding ability. Have you experienced this?

I've made about 250 pens over the last 6 month's, I have not expierenced this but I also do a CA finish, So i'm not sure if coating the whole pen hwlps resist this or not??

I can't say I've heard that brittle theory before??
