UNKNOWN Blank On A Sierra

I have no idea what this blank is called I got it about a year ago from PSI in one of those starter kits, its on a black Ti sierra. It has great color, even if it is a weird combination of Black,Gold and Pink.

I painted these white because when I drilled it, I could see a lot of light coming through when I looked in to the holes.
