A psi Tycoon pen made with crosscut Mexican cocobolo. Not totally happy with my finish job but baby steps right?:biggrin:

Keep an eye on your fit first, finish is less important when learning to turn pens. The step between the centre band and top barrel is large, try to keep this flush when finished sanding, but you are on the right track so keep going and learning!

I agree totally with Ligget on this but very nice start. That is an awesome piece of wood you put on that pen.

Thanks Ligget and Mike! I will pay more attention to the fit, great advice! I have only been doing this for a couple months but I am so hooked I cant stand it!!!!
