Two for the Professors

Here are two pens that will be gifts for my daughter's professors. She will be holding her senior recital in a couple of weeks. She is a double major, percussion and piano. The first pen is Honduras Rosewood rollerball with CA finish. This one is for her percussion professor, because marimbas are made of rosewood:

The second pen is for her piano professor. She picked BOW because he's Italian, raised in Brazil, studied in St Petersburg, and has strong religious (sp?) background. Just seemed like the right wood:

Hope they enjoy the gifts. I'm really looking forward to the recital, she'll play about 45 mins. I love Rhapsody in Blue...

Excellent job and I know that the profs are almost as proud of oyur daughter's accomplishments as you are. RIB is also one of my favorites. Used to have that album somewhere. Congrats to your daughter.
