Thes are two of PSI's The Graduate. Using 7mm and 3/8th tubes and a cross refill. The first is Curly Maple just finished with all three steps PSI Liquid Finish Polish & Sealer and buffed with HUT Perfect Pen Polish. PSI Graduate Curly maple 6-5-2014 11-08-00 AM 788x1520.jpg

The Second is Stablized Spalted Buckeye Burl finished with Mylands Friction Polish and buffed with HUT Perfect Pen Polish
PSI THE GRADUATE GUN METAL 6-5-2014 2-28-16 PM 792x1468.jpg

I sort of like the way they came out although if I could see a little better I could do a better job. BTW the photo's are just scans, I needed pictures quickly.

They looks good for being scans especially.

The buckeye is really nice. That's not one I sent you is it?

How many coats of friction polish do you use - the mylands?

I used to scan little things that I was tossing on ebay. It worked surprisingly well. Adjust the white balance and they'd probably be pretty darn good pics.

Edited to add that the buckeye one is great.

Both look Great Leroy.

I also like the Buckeye... slightly more than the maple.

Your eyesight did not hinder the turning, maybe your experience kicked in! They are well done.
