Been on a feather kick and figured what better kit to put feathers on then a .30 cal kit... I mean components. So I tried the tubes in a Sierra mold and it works so I put some pheasant and rooster feathers on some tubes and this is some of what I came up with.

I have never been a huge fan of feather blanks...I know I'm the exception....BUT....I really like that pen!!!

The tubes are a little bit of an off white. I have told the whites in some of my pens has a pink tint to them and I don't know why. Could it be the burn spots in the cut off T-shirts I am using to cover the bulbs in my lights?
