Now that's a beautiful pen! I love the amboyna burl with the contrasting colors. I've never worked with amboyna burl wood that has, I believe it's called, sapwood in it. I wondered if their was different consistency when turning? Gorgeous pen and great job!!

Very nice pe. I like all the color. The sapwood really enhances the amboyna.

Beautiful wood and great job turning and finishing. No a fan of the kit. Too much glitz for me, I think it detracts for the wood.

Very cool wood. Is the cap pressed all the way on? The second picture looks like there is a gap. Or the barrel might be just a little proud of the cap. Could be the angle of the pic because I can't see any problems in the first pic.
