This one actually received some hardware after tearing apart another pen.:redface:

You already know my photography skills...:rolleyes:
It's very difficult for me to capture the color in these.
The color is more intense in person.

This is a Simulated Opal from the slab I cast a couple weeks ago.
The top pic is w/out the flash and the bottom pic is with the flash.

That is some pretty stuff. How well does it turn?

Not sure what you want to know and I'm slightly bias but, for me, it turns the same as all of my blanks. Turns nicely with sharp tools but, mine are a bit dull..... and it still turned fine.:wink:

The color comes out more as it progresses through turning and finishing.
