My clear PVC/spiral casting/Turbin obsession continues without a 12 step program in sight (although I could just unplug the shop).
Blanks for this sextet were cast in stopped or slowly rotating clear PVC tubes (see earlier thread:
http://www.penturners.org/forum/f178/spiral-clear-casting-blank-drying-motor-140035/)
The rings on the 3 pens in the second picture were color-contained by interposing wafer-thin precast (same polymer resin) discs (separate explanatory thread to follow after I refine the technique a little further with various materials).

Bob,
While I personally am not a fan of this particular pen kit, your castings are indeed unique and have such cool and vibrant colors!
Keep up the experimenting!

Many thanks, John and Charlie.

I was also on the fence about this kit - but the odd forms seem to invite adventurous color combinations.

Thanks for looking - stay tuned.
