Look how the grain followed itself on this one. No matter how well you plan, when it comes to screwing parts, it is mother luck that they all line up. As you know the bottom two can be lined up but the third unit housing the data stick is screwed on and when it stops is where the grain appears. This one hit the mark perfectly. Thats a beauty, never done one of these yet myself!
Finding 4GB boards are a trick if you want to keep the cost DOWN. We are averaging ten dollars per stick. I have tried to find a source for just the boards with the USB connection on them but NO DICE.
