Thanks everybody!

Steve, I didn't think it was too dificult to work with. I will definatley be getting some more of it. I really took my time drilling to keep the heat down and used a new carbide cutter so that it was really sharp, but other than that it was a breeze.

Well done looks really good, to STOP heat build up when drilling a blank try DNA sprayed from a plastic squirt bottle straight into the hole and on the drill bit while drilling, use a plastic container to catch the drips and reuse the DNA,remove all the big leftover turnings then put a rag over the top of the plastic bottle, push the rag down into the bottle a bit then tip in the old DNA back into the bottle,The rag will strain of all the small leftover bits.

Nope that was a case of not paying attention during assembly. Big palm slap to the head when i noticed that last night.

Not sure if I can disassemble it with the plastic thread insert in there.
