I think I'm getting the hang of the easy-wood tool! It's much easier to work tru-stone than with a skew. I used the rougher, and then did the final smoothing with the R2 finisher. Wet sanded from 320 to 1200 and then used PSI's one-step plastic polish.

I have a black and gold trustone, and also a broadwell art deco fountain pen kit in black t/n and gold. Is that too obvious? It's what they have in the Penn State catalog. But I think that's what I might make next.
