Trimline Mesquite Pen

Just a little something I turned out today. I love the grain pattern on the mesquite. Still gotta get my photos tweaked, but this pen is a keeper:

This one was finished with a few coats of Shellawax.

Nice clean work, I like Mesquite, it's a great wood to work with, except for the rocks and sand near the surface just under the bark!! Real hard on chainsaws.
