traderdon55s' PITH for me

I got my pith pen in the mail a couple days ago from traderdon55. It is a sweetgum ball acrylic in silmar41 on a Leroi ballpoint. It was packed with the other sweetgum blank that you see and a mesquite and buckeye burl. My picture does not do it justice. It is a beautiful pen and the timing made it a great Christmas present. I told him I have tried and failed with pinecones many times and he added some instructions on how to best turn the blank he included. Now I better not mess it up.

Thanks for posting the picture since I have never tried to learn to do pictures. You are heading south for Christmas and I did the opposite and drove to Michigan for Christmas. Hope you enjoy your trip as much as I am enjoying mine.
