Tortoise resin from WoodTurningz, #6 medium MeisterNib, in a Parker/Bean style. :) Simple black acrylic finials. I chose not to add additional trim rings - didn't seem to need them. Brass coupler is gold plated. (I seem unable to make any two pens the same. LOL)

Length, uncapped: 135 mm
Length capped: 145 mm
Barrel diameter: 12.9 mm
Cap diameter: 15.5 mm
Cap/barrel threads: 12m x .8 triple start
Section/barrel threads: 10m x 1.0
Finial threads (both): 10m x 1.0
Weight: 28 g

Thanks for looking in.

Roger

Great looking pen. Are you using an El Grande section/barrel threaded coupling or did you make it yourself? Is it glued in or are you using a tube. Thanks for sharing?

The threaded coupler was machined from brass with a fairly long sleeve that fits closely into the barrel, and the other in the cap. The sleeves are plated, then they're epoxied in.

Say, your good work reminds me that I need a source for Tortoise blanks. Any suggestions are welcome. Love your work.

Whoops, wait, I went back and re read your post. WoodTurningz. Got it.
