Too big for the box????

Hey yall
Been waithing for some kits to arrive and had some time on my hands. I found some poplar and decided to make something fun. This is it. I did not make it usable as far as ink but it is the same as a slimline /only bigger/ it mesures about 10". I am thinking of doing one for each type that I make unless my kits show soon lol.
Hope yall get a chuckel out of it I know I did.

NOw thats too much time on your hands!!! Heck, I'll send you a few kits and you can make me some pens, I dont have nearly that much time!!! Interesting display piece, though.

Given free time nothing is safe with a woodworker around. I remember when I got my router, there wasn't a piece of wood with a right angle on it. Great scale piece, reminds me of those big knives that hang on the wall of knife stores.

try getting rid of the CB and explore the possibilities of modifying the design.
The wasp waste ruins the effect.
