Just a typical European acrylic. It's nothing special, but it's a late Christmas present for a family member, and this is what they wanted:

My first slimline.... Pink and black. Did it just for fun. This is the first acrylic blank that I've ever had crack on the inside, but it's hard to tell from the picture.

This is a Navigator turned with buffalo horn. I sanded it down to 12000, used HUT plastic polish, and then I gave it a BLO/CA finish. Despite doing the CA finish like I always do, I had some milky streaks in both barrels. I really liked turning the horn, but the smell took some getting used to.... Anyway, here's a picture:

Like always, comments are appreciated, and if anyone wants to give their two cents on finishing buffalo horn or keeping acrylic from cracking on the inside, please share!

Thanks!
