Didn't want to over do anything today...starting a new job tomorrow morning!
So, no cutting on the bandsaw mill....just some time on the lathe!
When the 'pouring dept.' is doing her thing, she often ends up with a little 'overage'...just to make things fun. She puts it in a small bottle-stopper mold, and then later we pop it out and see what it becomes! Here's some from a pour before Christmas! Not even sure what the colors are anymore....but it don't matter cause it came out great!
Then onto the pens! These are all the timberbits(Sierra Trivalents):
Crosscut White Oak
Wonder Within
Twilight Glitter
A custom pour with Lavender and Satin
And a piece of Desert Ironwood from Bob's stash!
